About this app

Field Force is an employee monitoring app for Saeed Sons, distributor of Beauty Walk. It is deployed by the company on staff devices to manage its field sales team, and is intended only for the monitoring of Saeed Sons employees by their own management chain.

Field Force collects location data to record check-in and check-out, log store visits, and share the day's route with the employee's manager — including when the app is closed or not in use. Location is collected only while the employee is checked in to a shift, and a persistent notification is shown on the device the entire time tracking is active.

It replaces manual WhatsApp-based reporting with GPS-verified, real-time visibility into every employee — from the National Sales Manager down to the officer on the ground.

Built for Saeed Sons' sales hierarchy: National & Regional Sales Managers (NSM/RSM), Area Sales Managers (ASM), Area Sales Officers (ASO), and in-store Female Staff. Each role gets a tailored home screen and feature set based on what their day actually looks like.

Start and end your day with a live selfie + GPS snapshot. Location must match your expected office or assigned store — no checking in from the wrong place.

Continuous GPS tracking while you're out in the field, visible in real time to your manager, including when the app is closed or not in use. Office staff and store-based staff are tracked with simple check-in/check-out snapshots instead.

Log every store visit with a mandatory photo, notes, and optional sale amount. GPS and timestamp are recorded automatically.

Field officers are assigned a specific area each day. Straying outside the assigned zone during active hours is automatically flagged to your manager.

View your salary breakdown and payment history. When your manager transfers your salary and uploads proof, you confirm receipt right in the app — or report a problem if something looks off.

Managers see their team on a live map, color-coded by status (active, idle, out of area, checked out), replay any past day's route and visits, and manage their direct reports.

Get notified the moment your salary is ready to confirm, an alert is raised on your team, or your manager sends you an update.

✓ Works in Low-Signal Areas
GPS pings are queued locally and synced automatically once you're back in coverage, so tracking never has gaps even in patchy network zones.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
Location and photo data are only ever visible to your direct management chain. Selfies captured at check-in are stored for manual review only. Before any location permission is requested, employees are shown an in-app disclosure explaining exactly what is collected and how it is used, and must agree to it before tracking begins.

Field Force is a private operations app for Saeed Sons employees and is not intended for general public use. It is not designed or marketed for monitoring anyone other than employees of the deploying organisation.
