The app is dedicated to customers of the Hicloud2 platform, created by SAET for the remote monitoring and management of its access control and attendance systems. Specifically, using data entered into the system by authorized users and data from connected IoT devices, it allows for a graphical and concise view of expected and actual attendance at monitored properties for the current day, as well as information on scheduled access for the current week, and monthly reporting.
Using their mobile device, users can also make partial changes to previously entered schedules via the dedicated portal.
All data viewing and editing options are granted based on the logged-in user's hierarchical position in the company organization chart.
Users can view their weekly attendance/work schedule. Managers can also check attendance records, absences, and who is present and absent in real time. They can also make changes to their work schedule (and consequently, to their expected attendance schedule) based on changing needs.
