I love and always recommend this app to my friends. Two things; I can no longer delete till/paybill/pochi saved on favourites that I no longer use. It's been an year of waiting for you to rectify that. I shifted and made an error an the refund process was long as it involved the bank. 2. There was a section to view recent transactions in the statement category. You introduced a specified date, great, but we need recent transactions of about 10 days without going the long way of email. Thanks

Used to love the app till my phone crushed.I have been trying to reinstall the app but I can't because Ur useless App is unable to pick the generated code that is sent through SMS automatically...if the app has become dumb why don't you give it the option of entering the code manually so as to save us all this headache.Three weeks Iam unable to install the app becoz it still can't learn to pick the code automatically...surely.!!!! Safaricom Ur better than this.Do something before we moved on.

Beware that this app lies to you about the state of your line: it'll happily inform you that you're still the owner and just need to buy a new bundle to use it - even when safaricom already relocated the number to someone else, so any money you put as airtime onto it will be lost to you.
