The app is nice to have and use in general. However, can an update be made to allow it to function with its phone notifications being off or optional? As a minimalist, it becomes annoying that after I disable phone notifications from the app to reduce daily distractions, the app just ceases to work when opened. Safaricom shouldn't need to rely on such means to maintain brand visibility and penetration; there are plenty of other channels for doing so that can be better appreciated by consumers.

Hi, long time fan of your services. Just a few things I think could be better, in my opinion. 1. The sambaza internet option is 5-10mb. How's this possible?? Maybe it's a bug somewhere? Thanks 2. The interface feels off but I guess it will take time to get used to it. The layout feels congested in a way. Previous app had a distinction. Like blaze tariff and the other kind. That interface was dope. Maybe see what can be carried forward and make the app feel familiar. Thanks

App keeps crashing once opened, could you kindly look into it because a couple of people have complained about it dating back to 2023, meaning this is yet to be addressed e.g you click on homefibre it takes time to load then- continuously indicates that "something went wrong" . so it doesn't matter how many times you try ,you get the same message.
