My App has crashed on my phone for four days now - this followed lag time, and I thought it would be resolved as others had the same challenge on Twitter. I have to use *334# now, but as I can't get customer care, realising it's time to move away from this as a primary way of payment. It's also expensive, but being unable to reach customer care and having had experience of my phone stolen and money swiped, this is scary.

Has been crashing since I updated it today. It's a usefule app, but forcing us to update and no roll back incase of instability,just serves to prove how far safaricom has fallen. Update March 2026 The app is no longer working. No update, probably switched off the API. I had a lot of saved account numbers on Pay Bills. Airtel app is wayyyyy better.
