Waafi has a serious problem with its crypto-based payment system. If you send money or buy something from another person, there is absolutely no way to get your money back, even if the transaction was a mistake or a scam waafi is a truly scam on this one

This app is unreliable and has made duplicate payments from my account. When I contacted support, I was told to reach out to the beneficiary because they couldn’t help.....despite the issue being caused by the app itself. What’s the point of charging users for every transaction if you're unable to resolve problems within your own system? I’ll be switching to a more dependable provider.
