You can send and receive money easily. However, the app hasn't notification settings. Therefore, you cannot manage your preferences and privacy. If someone joins to WAAFI, a pop up notifications will appear and you cannot do anything about it. On the other hand, the support system is almost nonexistent.

Hi I am reaching out to address an issue regarding the functionality of the app. While we appreciate your efforts in the past, we have noticed a significant decline in its performance recently. Sending money to mpesa is totally not functioning, then there is this thing u introduce "nambarkaaga ma balaarsana" should you not improve this then we may consider uninstalling the app and exploring alternative financing applications.

The is getting better im recent updates. But the app doesn't support to use multiple accounts. So i suggest if you could make the app support multiple accounts lile two zaad accounts.
