We have been created by a forestry contractor, Calum Duffy. Calum is still an active contractor, who works daily with chainsaws and harvesting equipment, so he knows the complexities and issues of the job only too well, Calum was challenged by the HSE during a site visit in February 2019 to improve the way he proves the competence of his operators.
