Facility Notifications - Unpredictable weather and emergency situations can happen. With How's Mom, family members are sent notifications from the care center via the app.

View Event Calendar - View your loved ones upcoming medical appointments and facility events so you can stay up-to-date on their health care.

Family Five Star Feedback - rate your loved one’s care center and share your feedback directly with facility management.

Contact Information - quickly access contact information for your loved one’s caretakers so you can reach out to them directly.

Secure Communications - How’s Mom is secure and HIPAA compliant - keeping your loved one's health data protected and only accessible to family members who are authorized to see the information.

HOW TO ACTIVATE: You can download the How’s Mom app anytime. To get access to your loved one’s resident records, you will receive an activation link from their senior care center. If you haven’t received an activation link, contact your loved one’s senior care center or send them to HowsMom.app/About to set up their care center.

So So! First I had trouble getting into the app. Then I put in my info but they have the wrong phone number and email for mom. And There is NO edit button to change anything! How can there possibly be NO EDIT BUTTON??? Otherwise the app is a terrific idea! I like the "idea" bc checking on mom and her medical stats is very important to me as a concerned child who cannot be there much in person. Keep working on it and this app will soar!

Terrible design. Logs you out at every possible opportunity. If you hit the back button on Android it also logs you out.

I cannot register. I create a password (please list guidelines to eliminate trial and error, ie: uppercase, lowercase, etc.) and I click the box to accept terms/conds/privacy. Lastly I click on "register" and nothing happens. This app is useless if I cannot get past the registration.
