video door bell configured in this app does not work as expected. After checking with technical team we managed to make it work well when the screen is active. however when it is locked I cannot answer similar to a phone or whatsapp call. I need to unlock screen and open the app or notification. there are needed some improvements at least for samsung devices.

Easy installation, operates only one draw back for me. I like laying down in the afternoon and I have to close the door because the alarm goes off every time a car goes by but when get the sensors set better it should not bother me.

worked ok before the last update. now it's completely useless. you get alert notifications, but that's just about it. can't view anything, much less add a device. and ofcourse, customer service is a pain.
