About this app

Our mission is to connect the world to care.

SafeRide provides on-demand non-emergency medical transport (NEMT) to hospitals, outpatient centers and telehealth solutions. We reduce length of stay, cost of care, and readmission rates by connecting patients to points of care (often avoiding ER admissions) and using NEMT service providers instead of ambulances.

Our mobile app brings new business to non-emergency medical drivers who want to pickup on-demand rides. It responds to ride requests much like an Uber or Lyft experience.

Our App requires continued use of GPS running in the background and can dramatically decrease your battery life.

I would give this app a 0 if that option was available. It is one of the worst apps I have ever used!!!! NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL!!!!! It is slow to respond you have to push action numerous time before it will take it and that's if it decides it wants to, example.... when ride is complete it push complete ride after take a minute or two to register that it shows complete. But when u go back to that ride later it shows as incomplete. Have pushed complete ride over 6 times and still shows not comp

You think that maybe you should stop changing the ui size and fonts? Its throwing us drivers off. Also, maybe SAVE the damn vehicle we drive every day? Or have it in a favorite section? Plus, why does your app enjoy randomly logging me out so much? Also: are you using the gps coordinates that are attached to the clients phone to determine location? That would explain the strange directions I get.

Ever since the big change over... it is not driver friendly. You have to play with your phone too much to read everything in the customers notes. Does not allow you to map the next address without starting the Ride. The over all is it confuses the driver lets them think they have time between rides. The map really sucks... go back to Google maps.
