This app is unstable and my child has lost hours, especially the night driving hours. Every time we log in, the total number of hours seems to change. Night drives are not even counted as night drives. Ever since the app has been updated, we've had nothing but problems. The app is recommended to keep track of hours to be able to sit for the segment two license, but at this rate, it will take another 6 months to accumulate hours since they disappear.

Awful experience using this app. I couldn't get my daughter switched over after the app updated even though we followed the instructions. It eventually got updated, but was a hassle. We also lost almost half her hours. Once her log transferred over, the app showed we had reached the full amount of hours. We log in a couple weeks later and lost half the hours. I have submitted several reports over various issues encountered and haven't received no response from anyone.

Whatever update happened, it sucks. I have to re-login every time I go to use the app or log hours for my son. Every time my son logs a drive it marks him down and says he hard brakes, accelerates fast, etc when he isn't. This needs to be fixed. I haven't had to download hours yet like others have, so I can't speak to that issue, but I assume I'll be there soon.
