Ratings and reviews

The monitor portion usually works fine. However, basically everything else in this app is super buggy, and it will just go down for a couple days every now and then. The weight tracking has completely screwed up the dates so they are backwards somehow, the scale doesn't stay connected, so many things. It looks like 4 different products shoved into one thing that kind of works. Use it for the monitor integration, but find something else for tracking.

The app crashes anytime I try to turn off the Motion Detection feature, and it's stuck to "On." My baby rolls all over in his sleep, so I can't have this setting on, or my phone goes off all night. I wish I could use the app for the Cry and Temperature detection at night. This could easily be a 5-star review if the listed issue was resolved. I've tried uninstalling the app, but it hasn't resolved. I love being able to check in on my LO from another room if I'm doing chores or cooking.

I have the Safety 1st Smart Soother and this app is constantly buggy and crashing, often to the point of being completely unusable, which is infuriating when you're trying to access a specific setting at bedtime with a screaming toddler. The routines don't have all the settings available, and if the device has been voice controlled by a smart home service, the app often doesn't recognize that the device is even on. Basically garbage.

Welcome home, little one. Along with some minor fixes, this update includes our new brand, with the same great app. We're now known as "Connected Family". This one app will enable support of our Safety 1st and Maxi-Cosi connected products.
