Using this application individual can download there E-cards, Check Claim status, Policy Coverage, Get clarification on general questions through FAQ & Select hospital on Network Service Provider list.
Aside, it has a privilege of login as HR Manager (for specific Group Mediclaim Policy), Agent , Broker, Employee of a corporate to access information about policy coverage, Downloading Claim forms, Claim MIS, Member MIS, E-Card, Claim Access/status along with facility of claim intimation.

Unable to sign up on the app and unable to log in on website. I think this is the fraud app. They will going to take money of the people and vanish. Worst app.

After updating the app , it is crashing every time I open it. Google saying it has bug that's why it is crashing. Still any update not available. Pathetic..

Worst App even not able to open on mobile,when we try to open going to closed automatically. Why government bank choosing this type of the company.who is not able to maintain mobile app. How we can expect the other services...god save us
