Worked well for 1 week, then became totally inoperable. It is as though my profile never existed. I am getting the constant message of "wrong password/email," but the password reset is an endless loop of nothingness. It asks for either the email or phone number associated with the registration of the app but does not allow you to actually submit either of them. I have deleted the program and reinstalled it twice. Done!

Very easy usage with latest updates

My community switched to this system earlier this year. It has been an awful experience for all. Recently I was prompted to install an app update. I did. Immediately, the updated version crashed. I've tried uninstalling and reloading. No use. Haven't been able to access my community for 1 week now. This sucks!!!!
