Worked well for 1 week, then became totally inoperable. It is as though my profile never existed. I am getting the constant message of "wrong password/email," but the password reset is an endless loop of nothingness. It asks for either the email or phone number associated with the registration of the app but does not allow you to actually submit either of them. I have deleted the program and reinstalled it twice. Done!

I can't see or edit any of the names of guests I have sent access to. Everything is greyed out. The guests try to register and either get an error or they cannot see anything either. Our whole community switched to this system and over half of the residents experience similar problems. There is no phone number for support so you have email them. It's a nightmare..

Every release has new problems. I just updated today and discovered that guests given always access now show up on the main screen listing as Temporary so we had to review every person to confirm their settings. in addition, the ability to send an existing guest a digital access code is gone. you need to delete them and add them again.
