As others have mentioned, the app does not show a running total. Due to a recent unresolved dispute, I decided that I would do a manual check of my balances and I realized that the amount is short by $2 and change. This may seem negligible but it's definitely unacceptable. Also, the disadvantage of not being able to add the app to another device like other banking apps, is a major inconvenience.

UI design is nice and clean but there's no biometric login, some of the options in the settings menu aren't available as yet, buggy in areas and no multiple device support. If you have to reinstall the app, you can't just login, it only allows you to "Become a Client" (I'm already a client). Now it wants me to reset my pin as I already have an account linked to my number. For an online bank, this app should be much better.

App was working fine until i changed my phone today and had to reinstall. now there is no login option only become a client. first the atm keeps my card the first time I used it entering the pin correctly on the first try and have not received a replacement after about a year and a half and now I don't have access to my money online. I've seen 2 similar comments but no solution posted. never got to speak to anyone regarding my card so I have no faith in anyone answering the phone about this.
