UI design is nice and clean but there's no biometric login, some of the options in the settings menu aren't available as yet, buggy in areas and no multiple device support. If you have to reinstall the app, you can't just login, it only allows you to "Become a Client" (I'm already a client). Now it wants me to reset my pin as I already have an account linked to my number. For an online bank, this app should be much better.

The app is a joke. It is always blanking out. You aren't able to see the balance from loans. You have to personally keep track instead of being able to see the deductions from entire loan as with other financial institutions. Also, not beinng able to pay more on your loans is a problem. The contact support doesn't allow you to create a fresh issue. The app is always sticking. Each time you have to send money to an acct outside of Sagicor, you have to constinously enter in thr bank details.

This app is so buggy. I just changed phones and downloaded the app again. You cant even login in because there is no login button only an option to become a client when I'm a client already. How can you have an app with no login button. It's absolutely ridiculous
