Segledaj is an app for developing empathy and perspective-taking skills.
In about 10 minutes a day you practice:
• to understand what the other person is thinking and feeling
• to see your own reactions more clearly
• to respond more calmly and constructively in a conflict
Two types of exercises await you in the application:
• Seeing yourself
You write about your day in the third person, as an "observer from the sidelines", to better understand your own thoughts, feelings and reactions.
• Seeing others
You get a scenario and questions about the participants in that situation, so you practice understanding their perspectives, intentions and emotions as precisely as possible.
The goal is not perfection, but a small habit that makes a big difference over time: less tension, more connection and better relationships.
