Sahay is a unique platform designed to connect individuals who need assistance with those who are ready to offer it. The app offers four essential sections: Help Seeker, Help Giver, Sahay Cart, and Profile.

Help Seeker: Users can submit help requests by providing a description of their needs, which is then visible to others in the Help Giver section. You can easily search and browse requests from people who are seeking help.

Help Giver: Users have the option to browse and search through available help requests and offer their assistance by simply pressing "Accept." Once the request is accepted, it enters a Pending state until the Help Seeker confirms it.

Sahay Cart: This section is organized into four subsections for better organization:

Sent: Displays all the help requests submitted by the logged-in user.
Assist: Shows the requests the user has chosen to help with.
Pending: Allows Help Seekers to review and approve the requests they wish to accept.
Accepted: Once confirmed, users can communicate via chat to coordinate the assistance, and upon completion, they can close the request and the chat.
Profile: The Profile section allows users to manage their personal information, track karma points, and delete their account if desired. Deleting the account ensures complete removal of all associated data from our system.

Ratings and Trust: After receiving help, users can rate the person who assisted them on a scale of 1 to 10. This feedback helps future users make informed decisions and fosters trust within the community.

Multilingual Support: Sahay is available in four languages—English, French, Gujarati, and Hindi—making it accessible to a wider range of users.
