About this app

Smart Wash Delegate is the official driver app for Smart Wash laundry and dry cleaning service. Accept assignments, navigate to customers, and manage every stage of a pickup, delivery, or express order from one place.

KEY FEATURES

• Live order queue — see pickup, delivery, and express orders assigned to you, with customer details, address, and scheduled time slots.
• Map navigation — view assignments on a live map and get directions straight to the customer's address.
• Express (delegate) visits — collect the visit fee, build the order on-site from the service catalog, and send it for customer confirmation.
• Proof of pickup & delivery — capture photos and notes to confirm handover, with support for the customer's preferred handover method (in person, reception, or doorstep).
• Order filtering — quickly find orders by date, customer name, order number, or bag number.
• Push notifications — get notified instantly when a new order is assigned or a customer needs a response.
• Payment tracking — see payment method and status for every order, and send payment reminders when needed.
• Multi-language support — use the app in English or Arabic.

Smart Wash Delegate is built exclusively for drivers working with Smart Wash. A valid driver account is required to sign in.
