From OK to Awful. The app used to work most of the time but, lately, I just cannot connect to the car to check-on charging and the car does not charge overnight. The car has a good WiFi connection and nothing has changed on my phone. The only possibilities that screwed things up seem to be a recent car service or app update. 🤬

Despite the other negative reviews, it seems to work fine on my MG4 Trophy edition. The app's connectivity to the car is a bit slow (even if the car is connected to home WiFi) but after ten seconds of waiting, the status is updated and the functions are available. It would be nice to be able to send climate control / location commands without having to wait for the status update first. I'd also like to see integration with Google Wallet's car key feature instead of having to use the app.

Does what it needs to do...most of the time. Connectivity can be a bit iffy, and user interface not always particularly intuitive. Password management system and interface need some serious attention - why, in this day and age, are we still restricted to basic alphanumeric characters only? Having been using this app for the past 3 years, it seems to follow a pattern where each major update makes it look newer but work less well, then when it's eventually working they do it all over again...!
