This really isn't a good app. 1. The app loads very slowly so if you're trying to do anything swiftly, it won't cooperate 2. The remote a/c function doesn't activate the a/c, just the fan 3. Everytime I use it, there's an error which prevents me from doing anything the first time. I have to close the app and start again. Every time. It's very disappointing as an experience and as what is becoming an essential part of EV ownership

The app looks good and has some great UX, but when it comes to connectivity and stability, this app sucks. I can not connect to my mg4, and this makes the entire app useless. I feel like MG is focussing more on how the app looks rather than how it works. It's sad that people pay a lot of money for these cars and get an app that literally never works. I wish MG would look more into the connectivity and as well make it connect faster instead of waiting for 30 seconds to a minute for one refresh.
