SailScan measures sail shape from a photo. Photograph your mainsail or jib and SailScan finds the draft stripes and gives you camber, draft position, entry angle, exit angle and twist for every stripe. The stripes are traced on the image so you can see exactly what was measured.

SailScan runs on our own computer vision model, built in house and trained on real racing sails.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Put your phone on the deck facing up and use the front camera. The lower the phone, the more of the sail fits in the shot.
2. SailScan traces each stripe from luff to leech and returns the numbers.
3. Check the lines, adjust any that need it, and save the scan to your library.
4. Compare scans across a session to connect trim and rig changes with the shape of the sail.
