How It Works
Each interviewer receives their own secure login credentials, issued and managed by your organization's admin team. Once logged in, assigned surveys appear automatically on the interviewer's device - no manual setup, no confusion about which forms to use. Interviewers simply open the app and start collecting.
Built for Field Teams, Not Data Design
Saja keeps roles clearly separated. Interviewers can only view and complete the surveys assigned to them - they have no access to survey design, backend data, other interviewers' responses, or aggregate results. This keeps your data collection process controlled, auditable, and secure, while giving your research managers full oversight from a separate admin console.
Works Fully Offline
Field conditions aren't always internet-friendly. Saja lets your team collect responses entirely offline - no signal needed. Once the device reconnects to Wi-Fi or mobile data, all collected responses sync automatically and securely to your central database. No data loss, no manual file transfers.
Quality Control & Verification
For agencies that need an extra layer of data quality assurance, Saja supports optional audio recording during interviews for verification and quality-check purposes. This feature is consent-based and fully disclosed to respondents in line with data protection regulations - recordings are encrypted, access-controlled, and only used for internal QC review.
