I'm experiencing issues with the app - it's not functioning as expected. Despite attempting to open it multiple times, the app gets stuck on the loading screen and fails to open the preset. This has been frustrating, as I rely on the app for [insert purpose]. I've tried [insert troubleshooting steps], but the problem persists. Please investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible to ensure a seamless user experience.

When I downloaded this app firstly, it touched my heart! I downloaded many free presets and applied it to my images to make them look more gorgeous. But... Till some days, it worked perfectly and then 6-7 days passed using this app and then like daily, I opened this app and saw what? The presets were getting download but in my download manager, it showed, "album doesn't support these types of files. Please sort out a solution. Otherwise I would've given 5 starts to this app

Seeing a lot of positive reviews, I decided to install this app. But it's not working. keeps on saying 'something went wrong. Reopen app.' I reopened the app many times but it didn't work, too. I have stable internet connection, so I really don' know why it happened. hope you can fix this.
