About this app

SakuNote is a personal finance tracking app that works entirely on your device. No accounts, no servers, no logins. Open the app, write, and you're done.

TAKE NOTES AS FAST AS TYPING A MESSAGE
Write freely, such as "shopping 50,000 Rupiah," and SakuNote will read the amount, category, and date automatically. Or use the large, comfortable numeric keypad for quick note-taking.

ALL DATA STAY ON YOUR PHONE
Your financial records are stored in the app's storage, not on our servers. We don't have access to it, don't collect usage statistics, and don't share anything with third parties.

FINANCIAL MONTH FOLLOWS YOUR PAYDAY
If your payday is on the 25th, set the start of the month to 25. The summary, budget, and reports will use that range, not the 1st.

REMINDERS THAT COME ON THEIR OWN
Reminders record at your chosen time, and subscription billing notifications three days before the due date. Both appear even if the app is not open.

BACKUP TO GOOGLE DRIVE, AT YOUR REQUEST
Backups run only when you enable them, and are stored in your Drive app space. SakuNote cannot see other files in your Drive.

CSV EXPORT AND IMPORT
Take transactions out to Excel or Google Sheets at any time, and re-enter them using templates pre-populated with your own account names and categories.

LOCKED WHEN YOU WANT IT
Six-digit PIN and fingerprint. PINs are stored as hashes, not raw text.

CUSTOMIZABLE APPEARANCE
Six color themes, one illustrated theme, and light, dark, or system modes.
