Through the app, you can book your flight to any of the destinations we fly to, buy ancillaries, select your convenient seat, check in online and save your boarding pass. Want to manage your flight or add an extra service to your booked itinerary, you can use the app to do so. You can create member account and save your time in bookings by easy checkout process.

I absolutely don’t recommend using this app. I bought tickets for my wife and son, entered all their details, and the payment was taken from my bank card، but no tickets were issued. After a lot of followups with customer service and phone calls, they finally issued the tickets, but both were under my own name. It’s just ridiculous. At first, they even denied that they had received the payment at all.

"Absolutely terrible experience! I carefully entered all the passenger details, But once I made the payment, the app automatically changed the name to the account holder name without any warning. I lost my ticket and had to buy a new one. I called the helpline many times and even registered a complaint, but no one solved the problem. The customer service was completely useless and refused to fix the name. I ended up losing my money because of their system error. This app is completely unreliable

Worst of the worst, The app itself is good and simple. First, it charges you in USD, so people who think they are paying cheaper are actually charged extra. Second, I made a mistake in my ticket selection and within minutes, I called the head office in Oman regarding this error. It was a month before my flight, yet they did not offer any support. As an airline, there should be a timeframe, like 15 minutes, to cancel or void tickets. However, we could not change 🫤
