Saledock stock take features

Perform a full or partial stock take from your tablet or phone. Stock take by Saledock seamlessly integrates with Saledock POS. Create a stock take from the back office ahead of time. Pick a stock take from your tablet or phone to perform the inventory count, it’s that simple. Stock take progress and stock levels are sync straight to the back office and across all POS devices.

• Next scan - automatically moves onto the next product after each added count

• Count overdue – dashboard alerts staff to overdue counts
• Stock levels changed mid count? No problem, if you’ve sold an item mid count we’ll alert you of the stock change so you can recheck your stock levels before count submission
• Create stock takes for multiple stores or warehouses from one unified back office
• Stock counts are sync in real-time to the back office so you can check on the progress of any count
• View your profit and loss from the count and a breakdown of stock count differences

Saledock receive stock feature

Select a purchase orders and receive stock from your supplier. Scan the product barcode, select the quantity to check in and you're finished. Inventory levels are automatically updated in the back office, complete with a record of each check in.

Saledock stock write-off feature

Part way through your stock take and come across damaged stock? Write-off stock by scanning the item, selecting a reason for the write-off and stock levels with be automatically updated with a complete record shown in the back office.
