CONSENT FIRST
Every recording starts with a built-in disclosure flow. Read the on-screen script to your customer, then log how consent was handled: customer consented, customer declined, or internal only. If a customer changes their mind mid-conversation, one tap stops the recording and deletes the audio. Consent decisions are saved with a timestamp and approximate location for your team's records.
