A plan you stick beats a plan you write. Puffy StickerNote is a planner where you record your day by sticking a sticker on the calendar.
From a high-school timetable to a student job to work appointments, one app carries on through school and into work.
[THE TIMETABLE IS THE CALENDAR]
A class you put in the timetable shows up in the monthly calendar too. No jumping between apps, no entering the same thing twice.
- Up to 6 periods a day, Saturdays included
- Alternate-week classes supported
- A colour and a picture per subject
- Present / absent / late / cancelled in one tap
- Credits per subject, and how many classes you may miss
- It tells you, as a number, how many absences you have left
It won't guess that allowance: every school sets its own rule. Put in the number your syllabus gives.
[BRING YOUR CURRENT CALENDAR ACROSS]
Import from the calendar already on your phone (Google, Yahoo and iCloud all work the same way once the account is on the device) or from an .ics file. It reads a year either side and skips same-name events at the same time, so nothing lands twice.
[SHIFTS LIVE IN THE SAME PLACE]
A fixed weekly shift and a one-off day sit on the same calendar. A 6 a.m. start goes in as easily as a 9 a.m. one.
[SHARE WITH FRIENDS, PARTNERS AND FAMILY]
You connect by showing each other a code; you needn't be at the same school or company. "He's in a meeting", "She has PE this afternoon", right on the home screen. A whole week at a glance answers "is anyone free at the weekend?", and it finds the free gaps for you.
You choose how much each person sees: busy only (the time, nothing about what it is), title, or everything including place and notes. For someone on a narrower setting, the content is never sent in the first place.

What a plain sticker means is for you to decide, and the name you give it stays on your device: it goes neither to the people you share with nor to the server. Long-press to hide the ones you don't use.

Turn a photo from your phone, or any emoji, into a sticker.
[PICK A LOOK]
Pop (bright and colourful, so the stickers stand out), Classic (quiet navy and ecru; it doesn't look out of place at work) or Dark. Five typefaces, too.
[THE BASICS OF A PLANNER]

- Events with time, place and notes
- Repeat daily / weekly / every other week / monthly / yearly
- The day's weather
- Photos taken that day, shown on the calendar (iOS)
- Search across events and notes
- A to-do list for things without a date yet, marked A / B / C
- Templates for what you enter often; long-press to move an event
- Reminders, however many minutes ahead you choose
- Export events and meeting notes as CSV
- Stickers are counted for you, so the month reads as numbers

[ABOUT THE PAID PLAN]
The paid plan exists to remove the ads. There is no free-versus-paid difference in the features themselves, and not a single screen the free plan can't open.
One thing has a limit: how many photos and cards you can store. Free holds 20, paid holds 200. Reaching the limit never hides the photos you already saved. (Storage costs real money, so heavy users are the ones who cover it.)
Start straight away without an account. Make one and your data follows you to a new phone.
