Ratings and reviews

This app works to deliver notifications. What i was hoping for was to be able to respond to emails, texts, and calls. Currently, none of that is working smoothly. When trying to respond via text specifically, the app will freeze, I'll exit and renter several times, but often it resend the same message to clie ts then freezes up. There is a lot of improvement to be made. The idea is great, and I have high hopes, but it isn't useful yet.

Mobile app is painful to use. Activity feed doesn't seem to be consistent and updated (compared to web portal version which I know is accurate). Navigating into different objects (e.g., calls, messages, settings, etc.) often takes too long or doesn't work at all (simply unresponsive). It would be great to have the app as reliable as desktop/web version because it's overall a great tool.

Doesn't allow me to log in since it logged me out on Friday 09/05. I can't log in here but I can login using Google Chrome on my laptop. This is pretty concerning as while I'm out in the field with customers and not able to use my laptop, I can't read texts from customers nor respond to them. I do get a notification that says I received a txt but once I open it it takes me to the login screen and then after logging in it brings me back to the log in screen in a never ending loop. it is unusable.
