tl dr; if you are using SalesMsg for anything but texting it probably won't work. I receive phone calls forwarded to my phone, but when I attempt to make an outgoing call the audio is so bad that people cannot hear me using a headset. And the problem with audio continues even after closing the app, and I have to restart my phone and connected devices to use the audio on my phone and headset again. This isn't just a problem, it's unacceptable and I will be using another service.

I cannot recieve calls and do not get my messages all the time. I've probably lost about thousands of dollars worth of business because of this. I've talked to the staff and they say it's an issue mainly with Android or Samsung users. They said they are working on a fix but the problem has only gotten worse. It also doesn't play nice with me phone keyboard functionality. Frustrating to say the least.

So.. This may be a coincidence but I researched app after app looking for one that sounds promising to use for business texting and decided this one actually might be the one. So I install it and go to log in using Google and it takes me straight to a notification screen stating "we are currently undergoing maintenance, this shouldn't take long" I have my fingers crossed that it truly is bad timing and will update my review after I wait for the app maintenance to complete.
