About this app

Salfeld’s Child Control can provide safe filtered Internet with parental control features, once you activate the app with your account details from Salfeld. Child Control runs both on Android phones and tablets and filtering can be tuned from any PC with any OS connected to the Internet.

The App can be used up to 30 days for free. After this period a licence is needed. See our homepage for more information.

Important notes:
This app uses the Device Administrator permission. This will prevent a user from uninstalling Salfeld Child Control App without your knowledge.

Salfeld Child Control uses AccessibilityService API to collect data about websites viewed through browsers on your child's device. It is also used to prevent the child from removing permissions without a parent’s authentication.

Ratings and reviews

The application is brilliant. After a month trial, we decided it's worth buying. Works like a charm on our children's Android and Windows devices. Don't be fooled by the relatively low rating. If you actually read them, you can notice there are a lot of kids giving it one star because it does what it's supposed to do. You get to use it for free for a month with all features on and without any nasty ads.

I have salfeld Portal on my old phone but this is no longer available and now I only have this app, which is missing a lot of the portal functions unless you select "open web portal". Otherwise the functionality, control over children's media usage is functional like before. Best app for that purpose on the market I would say and pretty affordable too.

I'm very satisfied with Salfeld Child Control. It’s easy to use, with a clear and intuitive interface on both phone and web. It offers detailed control over what kids can access and when, with time slots down to 30 minutes. The voucher feature is excellent for rewarding positive behavior. Kids are often glued to screens, and this app helps parents set healthy limits without cutting them off from technology. Great work!
