Foundation Console is a private companion app for the staff and volunteers who run a charity. It connects to your organisation's own website platform and puts the day's work on your phone: what came in, who needs a reply, and who has arrived at tonight's event.
This is a staff tool, not a public app. Accounts are created for named people by each organisation — there is no public sign-up, and the app shows nothing until a staff account signs in.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Dashboard — see giving over the last 30 days, visitor numbers, subscriber counts and how much work is waiting, the moment you open the app.
• Needs Attention — every piece of inbound work on one screen: volunteer applications awaiting a decision, new enquiries, event and programme waitlists, and unpaid tuition. Approve a volunteer or reply to an enquiry without leaving the app.
• Donations — a running feed of gifts with donor, campaign, method and amount, in your organisation's own currency.
• Events and door check-in — open an event and check people in with a single tap as they arrive. Search finds a name even when it is spelled without its accents, so "Ozturk" finds "Öztürk". Counters show arrived seats against confirmed seats at a glance, and you can mark a ticket paid or offer a waitlisted guest a seat on the spot.
• Works without signal — church halls and community centres are not known for their wi-fi. Attendee lists stay readable offline, and check-ins you tap are saved on the device and sent as soon as you reconnect, even if the app is closed in between.
• Alerts — be told when a donation, volunteer application, enquiry or event booking arrives, instead of finding out later.
• More than one organisation — sign in to each charity you work with and switch between them. The app takes on each one's colours, language and currency.
DESIGNED FOR THE WAY THE WORK HAPPENS
Long lists are built for one-handed use at a table with a queue forming. The screens that matter most on the day — the attendee list and the inbox — are the ones that keep working when the network does not.
PRIVACY
No advertising, no tracking, and no analytics services. The records you see belong to your organisation and are shown to signed-in staff only; they are not collected by us. The app does not ask for your location, contacts, camera or microphone.
Foundation Console is published by Salix Limited and is currently used by Pearl of the Islands Foundation in New Zealand and Raindrop Foundation San Antonio in the United States.
