very poor service, I made my first order through the application, 4 days later , I sent messages through WhatsApp and there was no response. Then I decided to call them, when I called, the customer service replied that my order is rejected by courier service as they don't have products available in store, but in online the product was still in display and then she convinced me to cancel the order and I lost the conversation amount as well. Now again I ordered the perfume but no response.

Extremely bad service. I have placed my order since 6 days. No body has contacted me regarding my order and customer service number doesn't work. Email also doesn't work. Such a pathetic service. Deliver my order or give me my money back.

Ordered some perfumes online since the delivery was mentioned within 48 hours. Paid 25QR for the delivery. A couple of hours after the order was made, the status was changed to "Done". Made the order on 26 Dec 2025, till now I am not able to get any updates on the order, tracking details or atleast delivery date. When checking the order status with customer care, it is showing as Null. To the reviews here, they would just reply share order no. to customer care, but wont receive any response.
