I strongly recommend NOT ordering through the app. I placed an order that was cancelled the next day, and it’s now been 3 months — I still haven’t received my refund. The merchant claims the refund was initiated, but nothing has been credited yet. Their WhatsApp customer service is very poor — I haven’t received a single reply in 3 months. hoping a for reply from the customer service. Very disappointing experience.

I ordered from the Reef app in Qatar, and the experience I had is completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. There has been an unusual delay in delivery, with no clear or proper updates provided. The customer service is completely weak—despite repeated attempts to contact them, I received no effective response or solution. I ordered a “buy 1 + 2” promotion but only received one perfume. I contacted the seller multiple times requesting a return or resolution, but they never responded. I am currently in Qatar, and although the Qatar branch delivered the item, they do not accept returns in the physical shop. Customer service is unresponsive and there is no clear way to resolve the issue. Very disappointing experience.
