I ordered online specifically because the delivery time was shown as 12 hours and made the payment accordingly. However, Reef changed my order from Express to Standard delivery. I informed customer service via WhatsApp that I have a flight to Pakistan on Friday, 18 Sep 2026, but received no response. They are also not answering calls. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. still not received my order.

I ordered a set of perfumes and they sent me a different perfume of smaller size. customer service was absolutely absent and didn't even respond for some days. one person would come and send a message saying he's sorry, and then would not answer to my query. after several attempts, one showed up and said he "regrets" and will give me 2000 points which actually are equal to 50 riyals. and since that time, points are not reflecting at their app until now. customer service is very bad

I had a very bad experience with reef and I'm not going to buy from them again. I'm disappointed in their shipping service. over 9days now since I placed my orders on the 13th of this month,I haven't received my orders,if you send them messages it takes 5-8 hours before they'll respond and yet they will say we're preparing your orders. heading towards 2 weeks since I ordered i haven't received my orders.very bad experience with them.
