Ordered from Qatar after seeing a 48 hour shipping promise. More than 10 days later, I still had no tracking number or clear update. The app showed errors, the WhatsApp bot displayed "Order Status is Null," and I had to contact support multiple times and even send an email just to get basic information about my order. I was later informed about delays, but the lack of communication and proper order tracking made the experience disappointing. I hope customer support and transparency improve

I had a very bad experience with reef and I'm not going to buy from them again. I'm disappointed in their shipping service. over 9days now since I placed my orders on the 13th of this month,I haven't received my orders,if you send them messages it takes 5-8 hours before they'll respond and yet they will say we're preparing your orders. heading towards 2 weeks since I ordered i haven't received my orders.very bad experience with them.

1 star rating is for the delivery services only. products are great and long lasting. delivery services deserve negative rating. my order was cancelled after 14 days though i was given delivery time of 2-5 days. poor customer service through whatsapp. false promises over the phone call. they were forcing me to cancell my order. great products with worst customer support and delivery services.
