I agree with another user who complained about no biometric logins and it takes way too long for check deposits to post. I have no problem using the app other than the inconvenience of no biometric logins. The problem is with the waiting time it takes for check deposits to be approved and posted. So my complaint would mostly be with customer service not so much this app. Otherwise I do like the high interest rate and check writing ability that comes with the account.

Unusable with complex secure passwords. I have long complex passwords that I manage with LastPass. This app prevents a password manager to fill in the password, it prevents me from copying the password, it prevents me from running the app in multi-window mode so I could read from lastpass and type into the app, and, to top it all off, I cannot bounce back and forth between my password manager and the app as it erases anything that's been typed thus far when I ring the app back to the foreground. So, if I want to use this app I have to write down my password on a piece of paper to copy it, or use a less secure password that I can remember. Oh, and of course no support for fingerprint either. So ridiculous. Horrible design coming from a bank that should facilitate and encourage complex passwords, not frustrate the use of them.

Trying to view or edit account transfers simply does not work very well and app performance is laggy. Clicking the "xfer" button on the bottom menu does not immediately change the page, often requiring a page refresh. Trying to edit a scheduled xfer is also very difficult. Clicking into a specific xfer does nothing until I reload pages and there is no extra message to confirm a xfer delete. This performance is unacceptable and makes me want to switch to a new bank with better technology.
