Since updating to ignite, app works again. So far the new UI is easy to use and notifications work again as well. Huge improvement over Salie Mae already. Previous review: It does not work with Pixel 8 Pro. Not sure if Android 14 is the reason or if it's the phone itself, but I sent an email asking for support and never received a response.

The app does not work on my phone, so I was forced to add it to a different device. The app does not support email login, making it extremely inconvenient. The new card that was sent to me has routinely declined purchases for no reason at all, with no explanation. This is the only email ever associated with my Sallie Mae account, but ignite can now no longer locate this basic customer data. Your customer service department is terrible if you all can't respond to basic emails.

The fact that you need a separate app to pay your credit card and your student loan already blew my mind. The app is poorly made with the screen constantly refreshing when I switched to my bank to get the payment information. I had to find a pen and paper to write down my routing and account#s just to pay the balance. On top of this, a few days late on paying my minimum because I have no other reason to view this app other than the card and the credit card gets declined. Altogether, a poor exp.
