App works fine. However they do not allow you to change how much you wish your automatic payments to be which is infuriating. For example, I wanted to increase my automatic payment amount for one of my loans to pay it off sooner and the option is unavailable to me on the app. All it allows you to do is make singular additional payments... I imagine this is difficult to do for a reason.

I literally have to update the app every time i try to log on which is annoying when I'm just trying to pay off debt. I updated it a few minutes ago because it was saying that my username and password were incorrect (which they're not) and continued to have the same issues as soon as I updated the app. This app constantly has several issues and i wish they would make it stable enough to use from time to time without having so many complications.

This app has locked me out multiple times, forced me to change my password and some how charged an account that had been dead for years instead of the one they had been charging. Late fees then occurred, and I was told I could request a phone call to discuss them and never received it. Now more fees will be added, and their customer service seems to be helping make that possible. Because college and paying loans isn't hard enough.
