A lot of report of people unable to login resulting in 1 star reviews. I noticed that when I tried to login with my username as prompted I got the same result (Access Denied error), but entering my account email address at the username prompt worked just fine. Maybe this would help some other folks. I don't know why the developers haven't addressed this after months of consistent 1 star reviews. Once I was in, I thought the app functionality was quite good.

I do not like the new app. Unless I have somehow missed something since downloading on June 4, 2020, then uninstalled and downloaded again on July 2, it does not have the information or capabilities that the old app contained. There is no way to message support, it doesn't show interest rates, it does not show my statements, once you set a withdrawal, there is no way to change the amount or date. It looks nice, & is easy to use, but comes up way short compared to the old one.

I've been using SmartyPig's website for several years but just downloaded the app. I'll be deleting as it doesn't improve the experience and just takes up space. In theory, the financial aspect has been great; I wish more banks would provide so many savings buckets for different uses. It makes budgeting easier. But the funding and withdrawal waiting periods are AWFUL and longer than any other bank I've had. Funds have taken an entire pay period to post because of SP's 5-10-day window + weekends.
