Saloncapp Inspect is the mobile companion for the Saloncapp Inspect platform. Salon and multi-store teams use it on the floor to inspect locations, score store areas, and follow up on quality issues — with photos stamped by GPS, date, and time.

Any salon or beauty business that uses Saloncapp Inspect can use this app. It is a companion tool for the Inspect product at inspect.saloncapp.com, not a private employee app for a single company.

WHAT THIS COMPANION APP DOES

On a store visit
• Open assigned stores and see what is due
• Photograph each store area
• Each photo is stamped with live GPS, date, and time
• Score the area against your Inspect score sheet
• Add remarks and set a follow-up date when an area needs action

Back at the store
• Review visit history and open issues
• Capture a resolution photo and send it for review
• See what is pending, approved, or sent back

Cluster view
• Dashboard of visits, overdue items, and stores that need attention
• Approve or reject store resolutions from the phone
