SaloonQ keeps your salon's front desk running smoothly. Check in walk-ins, manage the waiting queue across every section, and keep customers moving — all from a phone or tablet, in English and Arabic.
Built for busy hair, nails, makeup, and beauty salons, SaloonQ replaces paper lists and guesswork with a clear, real-time view of who's waiting, who's next, and which staff are free.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Reception, fast — Check in a walk-in in seconds. Add the services they want, set payment, and they join the queue automatically.
• Live queue by section — Hair, Nails, Makeup and more each get their own queue. Tap "Call Next" and the right customer is called to the right section.
• Real-time dashboard — See waiting visits, active visits, completed today, and free vs. busy staff at a glance. Numbers update on their own.
• Visit history — Browse every visit with status and payment, and filter by waiting, in progress, completed, or cancelled.
• Staff overview — Know who's available and who's busy across the floor in real time.
• Live waiting board — Show customers a clean waiting-room display so they always know their place in line. Visit numbers only — customer names stay private.
• Appointments & multiple branches — Book ahead and manage more than one location (availability depends on your plan).
SIMPLE, SECURE SIGN-IN
Owners and managers sign in with email and password. Front-desk staff can sign in quickly with a station code and PIN — no need to share the owner's account.
WORKS ON PHONE AND TABLET
Use it on a phone at the front desk or a tablet at reception. The layout adapts to your screen.
