I really want this to work as it could save me lots of time and money as a salon owner. However, setup is difficult! I've tried several times to input my service menu and either it won't put it in the correct order or it will say that there is no connection to the server. Its very frustrating. Another point of contention is that its strictly just an app. Everything has to be entered using the app rather than both platforms. Please fix this ASAP!

I understand nothing will be 100% perfect for everyone. However, the scheduling and business tracking aspect has very limited customizing capabilities compared to other scheduling apps. Problem solving within support services are very limited and most of the time unhelpful. This is a 'free' or 'included' app with my salon rental. And it definitely feels like the quality of free.

This app is pretty easy to organize clients and services, however when checking out especially with the chip reader I have to restart my phone after a few clients, due to it stalling. Have also accidentally double charged clients because app didn't update and show that the payment was successful until way later. Very frustrating
