After the great success of the website and the Facebook page comes the Siculopedia application!
Have fun reading all the most famous Sicilian phrases and listening to the correct pronunciation by touching the prickly pear tv!
Siculopedia is a project that comes from the love for our land and the desire to tell the customs and traditions of the Sicilians through the free interpretation in ironic terms of terms and idioms of our folklore.
The definitions have always been accompanied by images taken from the Internet, until we decided to create a character called "Totuccio", which represents a personalized fig tree, which appears in the logo of the site, the Facebook page and some postcards created to hoc for Christmas and Valentine's Day. Therefore enters also right into the splash screen of the app.
SiculopediApp becomes in effect a small ironic vademecum for Sicilians and not, to understand and make understand the soul of the Sicilian, its strengths and its faults, laughing above
