BETWEEN - Pick a start and end time and see how long is in between, with an optional break taken off. Shifts that run past midnight are handled automatically - perfect for timesheets.

CONVERT - Turn decimal hours into hours and minutes (7.75 hours is 7 hours 45 minutes) and back again.
