Absolute garbage. Do not under any circumstances let your agency go to this app or program. fight against it with all the courage you can muster. it is clunky, glitchy, annoying, frustrating and useless. it has done nothing but cause frustration across the board. **Edit: after continued extensive use, I want to retirate how important it is to avoid this app. The errors continue, and customer service is not bringing about any meaningful solutions.

My employer uses this app and it seems it's constantly having some sort of software issue where it won't load or let you log in. Always takes them forever to rectify it. Wouldn't be surprised of they switch to something else in future.

Won't provide notifications and my phone has the proper software but can't even see the app in my settings to allow notifications through the phone.

Ryan, we are so sorry you’re having difficulty accessing your notification settings. Notifications are actually set in the officer portal's Profile page, not through the app or on your phone. I can see how this could be confusing, however. Once you find your way to the portal, I hope you'll re-consider your rating!
