Won't provide notifications and my phone has the proper software but can't even see the app in my settings to allow notifications through the phone.

Ryan, we are so sorry you’re having difficulty accessing your notification settings. Notifications are actually set in the officer portal's Profile page, not through the app or on your phone. I can see how this could be confusing, however. Once you find your way to the portal, I hope you'll re-consider your rating!

Terrible app. Constantly makes me log in and then tells me my email is wrong. Garbage

Karen, our records indicate you have since been able to login and use the app. Sometimes, an officer can experience trouble logging in when their profile or agency isn’t correctly set up.
