I'm so frustrated with the game that I'm uninstalling! The first issue is the storage, which is a big one! I upgraded my storage by using gems then within minutes, it was full again and I can't upgrade it till level 10 and even if I hit level 10, I would have to use gems again because I won't be a high enough level to get the items needed on the island! This is a cute game, but the storage issue and the fact that it cost too much energy for farming is problem. Fix and I'll change my rating!

Was playing this game on my iPhone but cannotr get it to load. It stops at 98%. reached out to support both in the Android platform in the settings and via email. They say it's a " local issue" in the email, whatever that means and of course sent the canned link response all of which I had already done and mentioned. As per usual they did not read my request for help/ have chosen to ignore me in the app. the Android app is not at the same level as apple why does everything work but this app?

Tired of the game closing out every time I watch a video for extra energy. I have to constantly reopen it and the energy is not added I try it again and I get cannot load video!!!! It's everytime now it's ridiculous!!!. You need to get rid of the simparica commercial it's literally the only one that plays and it's doing it ALL if the time!!!
