About this app

HSO (Hotel Service Ops) gives housekeeping, front desk and management one shared live view of all rooms and public areas. No paper lists, no phone calls across the building.

IMPORTANT: HSO is a business app. You need an invitation code from your employer or from the property you work for to sign in.

FOR HOUSEKEEPING, MAINTENANCE AND SUPERVISORS
- See your assigned rooms and tasks, in your own language
- Mark rooms as cleaned and record inspections directly at the room
- Record Do Not Disturb and cleaning requests at the door
- Report damages and missing items with photos
- Log lost and found items with photos, valuables marked separately
- Works offline: in the basement, the elevator or without signal. Everything syncs as soon as you are back online

FOR FRONT DESK AND MANAGEMENT (WEB APP)
- Live status of all rooms, without reloading
- Assign rooms and tasks with one click
- See which rooms are ready for arrival
- Track damages from reported to fixed
- See who cleaned which room and when

62 LANGUAGES
The app is available in 62 languages. Damage reports, lost and found entries and tasks are translated automatically into the language of each reader.

PRIVACY
- Servers located in the EU, processing in line with GDPR
- No guest names are taken from the PMS, only rooms, arrivals and departures
- Photos of damages and lost items stay in HSO and are visible only to authorized staff, not in private chats
