Ratings and reviews

Ordered food through Baemin app. Waited 2hr and my order never showed, to make matters worst the app showed my order was still being prepared. I eventually went to the location and the restaurant was closed. Since the app gave me option to use it in English, I figured they had a customer service option that I can get assistance with my issue. Nope it's overly complicated and I can't get past the automated system. I do not recommend this app to anyone.

no way at all to access customer support without an account, which you cannot create as a foreigner. issues also happen so frequently. 3 of my last 4 orders have had issues that i could do absolutely nothing about, because again, no access to support. whether you got the wrong item, had your order delivered to some random other building, or not at all, tough luck 🤷‍♀️

Used to be able to use foreign credit cards but now that option is not available. you can only pay via alipay/wechat/Kakao pay and local credit cards.
