I am a user of Samsung business tv. This is a very minimal app, They should have a desktop version (they are no longer supporting). Very little control on templates, trying to do video contents, can not do recurring schedule, can not turn TV on and off at schedule time. Do not buy TV hoping this will be easy to manage.

I have 5 Samsung business TVs connected to the same wifi network. Frequently, only 1-2 will show up as being connected on the Samsung Business TV app. I can go into the settings on the TV and confirm they are connected. Repeatedly restarting the TVs or just waiting and trying again later will sometimes get them to show up. Can't find any rhyme or reason to when they will show up and when they won't.

Same issues have been experienced that other users complained about years ago. TVs constantly will not be detected despite being on the same WiFi. Sometimes I need to open the app on another phone, wait for the missing TVs to connect, then close the app before they are detected on the phone with the correct content. I was able to consistently confirm that closing the app on one phone allowed it to connect to another. It's a coin toss on whether the right TV will show. Terrible experience.
