I have 5 Samsung business TVs connected to the same wifi network. Frequently, only 1-2 will show up as being connected on the Samsung Business TV app. I can go into the settings on the TV and confirm they are connected. Repeatedly restarting the TVs or just waiting and trying again later will sometimes get them to show up. Can't find any rhyme or reason to when they will show up and when they won't.

2/3/21 UPDATE IS GARBAGE! When I first downloaded this app - it worked with no issue, could make, edit slides, & post with no issues. The last 3 days it crashes my phone @ launch. Tried reinstall, but no luck. Just a blue screen, then black and eventually force closes. So now I have a TV in the front of my business with incorrect graphics for this week (SUPER BOWL?!) and have absolutely no way to EVER change it unless this begins working again. Would give 5 stars if it worked how it did Day One.

Same issues have been experienced that other users complained about years ago. TVs constantly will not be detected despite being on the same WiFi. Sometimes I need to open the app on another phone, wait for the missing TVs to connect, then close the app before they are detected on the phone with the correct content. I was able to consistently confirm that closing the app on one phone allowed it to connect to another. It's a coin toss on whether the right TV will show. Terrible experience.
