Hi, I was recently charged ₱665 for Authenticator App – 2FA/MFA by SAN MOBILE, but I had deleted the app months ago and have not used it. The charge happened automatically when I added money to my GCash account. I also tried contacting the developer, but the email could not be delivered. Please fix this issue and provide a refund for users affected by this.

There is no way to cancel this app, and no way to stop automatic payments on it. It's a scam that AT&T makes you purchase and it automatically renews but you can't get rid of it.
