Ratings and reviews

The app seems to be pushing users to download it first, then complete multiple steps, only to find that it isn't actually necessary. It feels more like a strategy to increase download numbers than to provide real value. Unfortunately, it wasn't useful for me at all.

Poor service. They don't keep you abreast of appointments and you have no clue anyone is coming and when. Poorly designed application and slow to respond. I don't think they check the quality of their service providers. Do not use their services. Lastly, if and when you request a refund they will take 14days to process it. Seriously consider other options. I have deleted this app from my phone and will not use their service again.

Less than 1 star, very poor APP, and some doctors do not attend the appointment at all and they will close the appointment as "no show from patient" after 3 to 4 hrs., in addition to their poor customer service no reply on time and they ignore your complaint with no support at all.
