Less than 1 star, very poor APP, and some doctors do not attend the appointment at all and they will close the appointment as "no show from patient" after 3 to 4 hrs., in addition to their poor customer service no reply on time and they ignore your complaint with no support at all.

Poor service. They don't keep you abreast of appointments and you have no clue anyone is coming and when. Poorly designed application and slow to respond. I don't think they check the quality of their service providers. Do not use their services. Lastly, if and when you request a refund they will take 14days to process it. Seriously consider other options. I have deleted this app from my phone and will not use their service again.

Don't use them .. they are the worst .. late test .. late results .. no professional customer service .. and 3 days after the test we are still waiting for them to upload the test result on tawakalna! No shame at all .. the only thing on time was taking the money. لا تحمل التطبيق ورح إلى أقرب مستشفى احسن لك .. أسوأ خدمه ممكنه تأخير في الفحص .. تأخير في النتيجه .. وللان لم يتم رفع نتائج الفحص على توكلنا لا انصح باستخدامهم ابدا
