Sancho WMS is a mobile warehouse management system that transfers daily warehouse operations to your phone and synchronizes them directly with your ERP system. Instead of paper documents and working at a computer, your team can conduct receipts, releases, transfers, and inventory counts directly from their mobile device – quickly, with full control, and without data entry errors.
A built-in barcode and QR code scanner (EAN-13, EAN-8, Code 128, Code 39) and NFC tag support allow you to identify a product or location with a single touch. Every operation is immediately visible in the system and reconciled with ERP data.
What you can do in the app:
• Goods Receipts (GRN) – record deliveries, scan products, and confirm quantities; attach photos of delivery documents.
• Goods Issues (WZ) – assemble and release goods from the warehouse based on orders.
• Inter-Warehouse Transfers (MM) – transfer inventory between warehouses and locations. • Inventory – Count inventory quickly and accurately, directly at the rack.
• Product Catalog – Check inventory levels, units, prices, and product details at any time.
• Warehouse Locations – Manage storage locations and direct goods to the right location.
• Notifications – Stay up-to-date on changes and tasks in the warehouse.
ERP Integration
Sancho WMS connects with your ERP system – ready-made integrations with Comarch ERP Optima, Symfonia, and enova365, and thanks to an open API, you can connect it to any other system. Data on products, documents, and inventory is always up-to-date on both sides. No more double data entry and back-and-forth between warehouse and accounting.
