I installed the program on One phone, the program works great it was easy smooth ran with ease. but then I switched phones and carriers had to reinstall it, now it's giving me an error that I did not have the correct credentials it's saying are wrong credentials. no matter what I do reinstalled it, deleted cash, everything call the number there's no option for technical support so what can I do? I'd really like to improve my rating for you and give it a 5 is what I was going to give it.

Like any other thing, I down load sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. I've had to delete and reinstall due to error popping up, but besides that, it has been a life saver. No more 2 hr hold times just to turn around and be disconnected. I have recommended to others with this option and will continue if someone needs help.

I personally have found this app extremely useful on my side of the stick, but I've been trying to set up an account for my husband, but it's being extremely difficult to set up because it's not finding his member ID number but when I call caresource and provide a ride, the number is active... so idk what to do in terms of setting up his app account....
