NEVER works right. 99% of the time I get continuous buffering and the words "ERROR" "ok" on the screen. I've uninstalled & reinstalled more than a dozen times and it does no good. They need to fix the bugs in this app rather than rushing to throw it on here just to aggravate everyone. **Almost 7 months later and nothing has been done to fix the problem. This is useless garbage. (4/10/22)

I personally have found this app extremely useful on my side of the stick, but I've been trying to set up an account for my husband, but it's being extremely difficult to set up because it's not finding his member ID number but when I call caresource and provide a ride, the number is active... so idk what to do in terms of setting up his app account....

Every time I try to schedule a trip, the app closes and I get a message saying "this app has a bug. Try updating after developer fixes".. and each time it closes it, I have to start over. I uninstalled and reinstalled. That didn't help. And there is no way to store your home address. Very ignoring. I can't use it at all.
