I installed the program on One phone, the program works great it was easy smooth ran with ease. but then I switched phones and carriers had to reinstall it, now it's giving me an error that I did not have the correct credentials it's saying are wrong credentials. no matter what I do reinstalled it, deleted cash, everything call the number there's no option for technical support so what can I do? I'd really like to improve my rating for you and give it a 5 is what I was going to give it.

Terrible, this app is unreliable, and continually will show an error message, which can only be fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. However, due to the extended wait times when calling to request a ride, this is still easier, which honestly is terrible in itself. It cannot be that hard to come up with an app that is reliable and works.

I've downloaded this app twice and neither time could I figure out a way to get past the "give us a password for your account" This is a waste of space and apparently doesn't work at all. I would have loved to have found out for myself, except I couldn't get into it. Could not finish setup. No matter what I did. Do better people or don't bother putting an app on the market. Devs you should be embarrassed by this piece of steaming offal.
